Our Tasting Menu is all about bringing together the best of what we grow, forage, and create into one unforgettable dining experience. We take our inspiration from the wealth of ingredients found right here at the Netherwood Estate and around the Worcestershire/Herefordshire/Shropshire border.

Full Tasting Menu 

The full tasting menu at Native is an immersive dining experience designed to give you a true taste of what is flourishing in the fields, forests and gardens at Pensons Farm as well as the surrounding counties. We let the land dictate the menu and skilfully create dishes that are fun, nostalgic and at times provocative, but most importantly a taste sensation.

Short Tasting

The short tasting menu at Native is a snapshot of what is flourishing in the fields, forests and gardens at Pensons Farm as well as the surrounding counties. Highlighting produce that is at the peak of its season and innovatively serving it in ways to leave your mouth watering.

Nose to Tail Sunday Lunch

Highlighting our nose to tail ethos we look to utilise the whole animal, think classic & hearty, terrines with crusty bread, fire roasted meats and potatoes crisped in fat. All designed to complement what is flourishing in the fields, forests and gardens at Pensons Farm.

Farm To Table Lunch

Our Farm To Table Lunch menu is served banquet style and is designed to shine a spotlight on what is flourishing in the fields, forests and gardens at Pensons Farm. Our Restaurant and farm is exclusively reserved for you and your guests so feel free to walk the fields and explore as you please.

Price: £1,120 per lunch (Maximum 14 guests)

Drinks 

To drink, we have selected a range of our favourite organic, biodynamic, natural and low-intervention wines which will be available by the glass and the bottle as well as an expertly curated drinks pairing and premium wine offerings, with the concise menu changing and adapting seasonally with the menu. 

 

There will be a selection of our signature cocktails inspired by the kitchen garden, as well as kombucha and foraged teas and beer will be provided by London friends Two Tribes Brewery. The firm favourite Native Negroni will be returning, along with our Meadowsweet Sour, and some new additions to enjoy as an aperitif or while wandering the gardens before your meal.
